Before booking your trip, please read these terms carefully. They are designed to ensure your journey with us is safe, smooth, and enjoyable. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:
1. Reservation and Deposit
By booking a trip with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept our booking conditions on behalf of all participants.
The person making the booking is responsible for all payments related to the trip.
A booking is only confirmed once a deposit of 10% of the total trip cost has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the company cancels the trip.
The remaining balance may be paid in cash upon arrival in Nepal.
2. Changes & Cancellations by the Company
We are committed to following the agreed itinerary.
However, in cases beyond our control—such as strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances—we may need to amend, substitute, or cancel the trip.
If the company cancels the trip before departure, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another trip.
3. Changes & Cancellations by You
Any changes to your original booking must be submitted in writing and signed by the person who made the booking, along with the reason for the change.
We will do our best to accommodate changes free of charge; however, any fees imposed by third parties (e.g., hotels, airlines) will be passed on to you.

4. Itinerary Adjustments
We are committed to following the agreed itinerary; however, unforeseen circumstances may require changes or modifications for safety, comfort, or operational reasons.
Any additional costs incurred—such as extra hotel nights, transport, or flights—will be the responsibility of the client.
5. Liability Disclaimer
The company will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, adverse weather, government regulations, pandemics, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Your Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth travel experience, you are responsible for:
Carrying valid travel documents, including a passport with at least six months’ validity and one empty page.
Holding a confirmed flight ticket.
Having travel insurance covering medical treatment, rescue evacuation, and loss or damage of personal belongings.
Informing us of any dietary requirements or special needs prior to departure.
Following the guidance of tour leaders, guides, and local partners.
Respecting local customs, culture, and the environment.
7. Force Majeure
The company will not be held responsible for any delay, failure, or inability to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, riots, epidemics, or government actions.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, both you and the company agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable local laws.
